"Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees"

It is conveniently located, easy off the highway, great customer service, quality breakfast…. Bathrooms may be a bit dated but are clean with no issues…. Highly recommend!"

I seen when the girls were cleaning rooms tha the beds were completely stripped. That’s always reassuring, especially after having to leave a hotel were it was obviously not done.
Loved the extras- we had dove products and make-up wipes. Just the simple things when traveling are nice to come across.
Breakfast- our options were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, several cereals with regular and almond milk- loved that. Bagels, muffins, several fruits, oatmeal with many topping options, granola bars, 4 different juices, protein yogurt which is a huge plus as a weight loss patient. I might be forgetting a few things. The lady dealing with the breakfast area was super nice as well.
Coffee was ground in the spot in a fancy machine with several good creamer options, not just half and half.
water machine- which was a huge plus for us.
Accessibility- top notch. We have a full time wheelchair user and the room was massive, we typically do standard rooms but they had accessible rooms at the same price so of course we took it. It had a shower seat and massive bathroom. All the drink machines had lower accessible buttons on them. It’s really the little things that make life much easier for disabled people.
Avid is on top on our list now!"

"The room was very clean. However, the bedding was a bit unusual; instead of a duvet with a cover, it was just a blanket sandwiched between two sheets. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, and no complimentary drinking water was provided. On the positive side, there's a free airport shuttle service. Overall, it was still pretty good."

"The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system.

"We really enjoyed our two night stay here! Friendly desk clerk for both check in and for check out. Friendly staff throughout the inn. Large room that was very clean, had a whirlpool tub, and also a nice view of the mountains (as long as someone wasn’t parked in front of the window). We went out and sat on the overlook benches each evening - just lovely! Breakfast was really good each morning, with a nice selection.
The only reason I took off a star for amenities was because the swimming pool is still under construction. It will be really nice when completed, though.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this inn, and would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!
Also note that there is another entrance a little further up that comes into the back parking area - it’s much easier to navigate than the very steep main entrance!"

Stayed here for seven days, overall good clean, the service is not the best, breakfast is relatively simple. More than a thousand nights in the hotel, if you can eat a very rich breakfast in China, but here, eat the same simple breakfast for seven consecutive days, a bit unbearable.

This type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, which takes ten minutes to get there, which is very convenient. Although the breakfast is small, it is also exquisite. The facilities are not very new but clean, and it is worth recommending.

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

The location is very good, midtown, not far from all kinds of restaurants around. It is very close to Georgia Tech and there is a light rail station in the middle, which is very suitable for tourists who do not drive.

Carly loves travel!We had an impromptu stay here when we had a flight cancellation. It was reasonably priced, had a really nice breakfast, and free airport shuttle which was really convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Nice that a couple fast food places were in walking distance for a quick bite. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any airport refugees.
