"This hotel is located very close to the airport, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I contacted them beforehand to find out where the hotel shuttle pickup point was. Once there, I called them, and the shuttle arrived in about 15 minutes. I had the shuttle to myself, which was a nice bonus.
The room was clean and came equipped with a kettle, water, and a TV. I did struggle a bit with adjusting the shower temperature, though.
Breakfast is served on the first floor in the bar/dining area. It's a single-plate service, which I actually preferred as it felt more relaxed. Airport drop-offs are by request and run hourly, 24/7, so make sure to book in advance. While the hotel is next to the airport, the terminals are on the opposite side. It takes about 10-15 minutes by car to reach any of Terminals 1-3. Also, it's very close to the runway, so you can hear the sound of planes taking off, even with the soundproofing. Some reviews might see this as a negative, but as an aviation enthusiast, seeing and hearing the planes so close up was actually quite entertaining and kept me from getting bored."

In addition, the bathroom equipped with slippers, 24-hour hot water and a hairdryer is a good place for you to relieve the fatigue of the day. In your free time, it is a good choice to go to the lobby bar to relax with a drink. If travelers want to dine in the comfort of their own room, the hotel provides room service. If you feel that catering services are limited to this, then the nearby Century Seafood Restaurant (seafood), = (Southeast Asian cuisine) and Pacific Lounge (buffet) will definitely surprise you. Garlic-baked crab and roasted pork knuckle are the first two respectively. A restaurant not to be missed. The hotel has excellent leisure and recreational facilities, such as foot baths. The hotel's conference hall perfectly combines warm service with professional quality. The dry cleaning service provided by the hotel makes your journey more convenient.
"The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete.
However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back.
I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅
What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable.
I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers.
It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service."

TravelGuy2Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

itsHazelDCI always have a great experience staying at this hotel. Every time I book here, I always get a good night’s sleep and feel well-rested the next morning. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience is always pleasant.

Guest UserIi need a flat iron then i call from housekeeping dial 5 a girl answered i told her my intention of calling , but she in a sarcastic way she said u can birrow a flat iron only for 30 mins and i just said if only 30 mins maybe later ill borrow then i just hang up after an hour i called again in the housekeeping different girl answered she said akright i will bring it now to your room and the service boy just signed this maam, snd thrn no more i asked the boy after i finished do i need ti call he said no msm just left it outside.. so after i finished i just call the housekeeping the girl said alright i will send somebody yo pick it up until i checkout the flat iron still in our room… how come service person sometimes rude but the ithers are not… i hope that bayview park hotel train well their service attendant specially answering guest in right manner… not to sarcastic and too exaggerated ways…

Anonymous UserOverall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

Price: I booked this with Trip.com with affordable price.
Place: This hotel is closed to different malls and transportation terminals. It is really accessible.
For the room : studio room for solo traveller like me is already good and it is comfortable the soft bed and nice table for working space .... food is great - rice meals and pasta salads and bread , hello to the lady who prepare the omelette...
People:Staff are friendly and they assist you what ever you need something. They follow up also guest who still not eat their breakfast . From the security who always smile and greet the guest , their bell boy who assisted me from lobby to the room and to HKP and give some towels , thanks .
Overall :10 /10 satisfied guest for quality service

City view from my floor. Nice!
Cons: My room's door kinda hard to close. I had to put extra force due to misaligned height. I think I saw another review where they see their door being fixed when they're about to checkin.
Kettle was kinda dusty. Best to wash it first before use.
Wifi is unstable, probably on times there are multiple users. It was what I'm after hence I had to check-in.
Overall verdict, will still go back. For its price and location, it's a good deal!

When I made my online booking, I included a special request asking if there was any complimentary surprise for my child's graduation since it was a very special occasion for our family. I honestly didn't expect anything, so I was truly touched when the manager personally approached me to ask if it would be okay to prepare a chocolate cake as our welcome gift.
Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake and a handwritten Congratulations card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.
Thank you so much to the manager and the entire staff for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciated everything you did to make our stay extra special.
This was already our second stay at Hotel 101, and because of this wonderful experience, we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! Thank you, Hotel 101!

Angelica PonioTo be honest we change room 2x! The TV was broken at first.. and then next the aircon ! I cant imagine we transfer room at 3:30am what a hassle.. no signal in our room and very slow connection of wifi!
The place is infront of the mall thats the good thing. You can rome arounf the mall when u have free time.. The place is also near the quiapo church and chinatown

Great value hotel close to BGC center.
The hotel was around 20 minutes by Grab from NAIA, and the ride cost about ₱254 / €3.61.
A ₱1,000 deposit was required, but it was returned without issue at checkout.
The location was very convenient. Jollibee was about 650m away, Uptown Mall was around 950m away, and most places were within walking distance. The streets felt safe, with guards and surveillance in the area.
The staff were friendly, and the hotel was pretty good for the price. I liked that it was inexpensive while still being close to the main BGC area.
I would stay here again!
