"The Manila Hotel has an old but elegant and luxurious style. Marble and stone finishing, tall ceilings and a grand piano at the back with a musician playing pleasant music greets you as you walk through the entrance.
Lacking points from my personal experience:
1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges.
2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future?
The good parts:
1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality.
2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm.
3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this."

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, conveniently near Manila Airport with a free shuttle service. It's also just a 15-minute walk to Terminal 3.
The room cleanliness was good, but the facilities are quite old and show their age, indicating an older renovation.
Breakfast is provided in all rooms, but the variety is quite limited – better than nothing, I suppose.

Guest UserIi need a flat iron then i call from housekeeping dial 5 a girl answered i told her my intention of calling , but she in a sarcastic way she said u can birrow a flat iron only for 30 mins and i just said if only 30 mins maybe later ill borrow then i just hang up after an hour i called again in the housekeeping different girl answered she said akright i will bring it now to your room and the service boy just signed this maam, snd thrn no more i asked the boy after i finished do i need ti call he said no msm just left it outside.. so after i finished i just call the housekeeping the girl said alright i will send somebody yo pick it up until i checkout the flat iron still in our room… how come service person sometimes rude but the ithers are not… i hope that bayview park hotel train well their service attendant specially answering guest in right manner… not to sarcastic and too exaggerated ways…

Guest UserThe best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around.
However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations.
It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Anonymous UserOverall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

Guest UserDon’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet;
Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy；
if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent.
Stay away from this travel agency.

Price: I booked this with Trip.com with affordable price.
Place: This hotel is closed to different malls and transportation terminals. It is really accessible.
For the room : studio room for solo traveller like me is already good and it is comfortable the soft bed and nice table for working space .... food is great - rice meals and pasta salads and bread , hello to the lady who prepare the omelette...
People:Staff are friendly and they assist you what ever you need something. They follow up also guest who still not eat their breakfast . From the security who always smile and greet the guest , their bell boy who assisted me from lobby to the room and to HKP and give some towels , thanks .
Overall :10 /10 satisfied guest for quality service

Zhien ZhienWe had an excellent stay at Hotel101 – Fort. The location is one of its biggest advantages, with shopping malls, restaurants, and many establishments just a short walk away, making it easy to explore BGC.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good selection of food to start the day.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone made us feel valued and well taken care of.
Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. We would definitely recommend Hotel101 – Fort to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in the heart of BGC, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

This hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!

MikaayyBeen booking Eurotel everytime since its fronting Rob Manila. The bed is not soft and the beddings are quite old and are yellow-stained already. Also, one problem is the bedding (bedsheet) keeps coming off from the mattress which is a hassle. Hallway sometimes smell of cigarette
