The hotel is huge!!! Nice and beautiful hotel, also they have the waterpark inside (you have to pay but the swimming pool is free). The hotel also has water, soda, and drinks plus cup noodles for guests!!! I really enjoyed my stay.
Lisboeta Macau-Maison L’OCCITANE

My first gripe is actually with Trip.com - we needed to book one room with a single bed and another with two separate beds, but Trip.com DOES NOT allow booking different room types in the same booking - they have to be made under separate reserverations. We proceeded with booking two single bed rooms hoping that we can amend our booking or ask the hotel to change the second room (since the price is similar) after we made the reservation - but the hotel requested a $500 fee to change to two beds, which is WAY WAY more than the difference between the actual room rates (between single and double) as listed on Trip.com. At least the staff offered to set up the sofa bed free of charge so they gained back some brownie points there. Location is a little ways out (everything is a bit too far to walk but very close by car or bus), so we had to take the taxi to go anywhere. The larger hotel casinos (MGM, ********, Galaxy...etc.) would have free shuttle service, but not Lisboeta. The hotel itself, being quite new, is nice and clean, but I do smell smoke in the hallways. Not sure what the hotel policy is on this, but there was no ”non-smoking room” option when booking. However, considering this is Macau and considering the usual clientele, this should not have come as a surprise in hindsight. All toiletries are á L'Occitane which is nice - but no surprise here. There are three eateries on location and all of them are what I would consider quick / casual dining options. There is a food court at the ajoining mall though but even then selection is limited. We opted to have breakfast included - it was OK but I was expecting a little bit more. All in all, we had a very average yet decent stay. Not much to complain but not much to write home about either. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much of Macau in general. Would we stay there again? Unfortunately, most likely not. For our purposes, we'll probably stay on the Macau side next time we're in town. And if we do need to stay on the Cotai side of things, we'll probably try the larger ****** hotels for the sake of ease of transportation and more dining options.
Grand Hyatt Macau

Very spacious and clean room, and can see the airport and part of the lake from Wynn Palace. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drinks. Staff were helpful and friendly, and took the initiative to get us a rollaway bed for the third pax. But unfortunately they did not prepare it at the stipulated time even after we came back to the room alot later, so we had to ask again and wait for it to arrive. Will be better if the hotel itself has shuttle instead of having to go City of Dreams for the shuttle.
JW Marriott Hotel Macau

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

It was a great trip, the staff were very helpful and it was kid friendly. The suite was huge and being situated in the Londoner, there was plenty of things to do.
The Macau Roosevelt

My room at The Macau Roosevelt was a masterpiece of modern design with a touch of glamour, reflecting the unique aesthetic of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made my stay not just comfortable but truly indulgent.

Check in process fast but we think the deposit is a little too much (2000 mop). The amenities is good. All working, except for the electric kettle haha but nothing exag. Staff are good! Filipinos the best! We requested for water, in a matter of minutes here he comes. Very fast! We'll definitely booked again!! Swimming pool is great!

Casa Real Hotel

Very close to the outer ferry terminal, like 10-15 minutes walk. Quite a lot of bus routes to choose as well, pretty convenient location for traveler. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. I chose smoking room (cause I do smoke), expecting the room might smells pretty bad but it was fine. I do recommend this hotel if you're a smoker and a traveler that not looking for a nice view from hotel but just convenient location.
New Orient Landmark Hotel

It was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.
