This hotel is located at a very convenient location.
But overall experience is just average because of the following main reasons:
1) check-in: the check-in area is crowded, no queue-up line for check-in/out customers and the whole area just looks chaos.
When i tried to seek help, one of the staff directed me to a vacant line and when we came in front of the check-in counter, the staff was writing some sort of notes at a post card or something and didn’t greet us or even gave proper response to us. She looked at us for 1 second and carried on her writing task. We have no clue but just stood up there in front of the check-in counter and wait for the staff to acknowledge us. It was until I slightly raised my voice at her telling her I was waiting for her to finish the writing and help us to check-in, she notified I was a little bit angry and dropped her pen and took care of us!!! Shame that this famous hotel has this kind of training for staff!!!
2) Swimming pool: the swimming pool (at Bond Tower 2) is good and the staff were all very helpful. But what I suggest for the management is to include some sort of bar/snack facilities (like a small bar or something) at the pool side. It would be a nice and marvellous and chilled experience to have some cocktails or cold drinks sitting at such beautiful pool benches and sitting areas.
3) Hotel Bar: I was told that the Bard Bar was chosen to be one of the top 50 Asian bar and I have had the experience to go for a glass of cocktails with my wife after dinner. We are astonished by the “atmosphere” and “vibe” there…….. To be honest, the bar was beautifully decorated and the staff were all good and helpful. I don’t know if there was any propaganda or marketing or promotion issues, we arrived at the bar at around 9:30pm and left at around 11:30pm, we were the only customers there for the night!!! I think the management should do something on the promotion/propaganda as the place is such a nice place for hotel guests. Nice place, nice staff!!!
4) Check-out: we all understand that the normal check-out time was 12pm, however, I think it will be a definitely “turn-off” when you received a call from staff politely asking if I need an extension of stay (actually a relatively “polite” phrase for “sir, times up, you have to leave now…”) at 12:15pm!!!
We had lots of experience over premium / luxury hotels and we both consider that 30 mins grace period is a “norm” and relatively appropriate period for customers to understand they are running over-time…… Frankly speaking, no offence as they did nothing wrong but we both suggest 30 mins a relatively better time period.
Having expressed the above negative comments, we both want to shout out some good points of Londoner hotel. We were offered an upgrade promotion to Charles Suite at a rate of MOP500.
And I must tell everybody that the cleanliness and tidiness of the room is superb, one of the best we’ve experienced.
Thank you
Staff are super nice, I ordered 3 bottles of water they brought me 6, requested for another “duck” gift as the original one in the room was little damaged…they all brought these things to the room using a tray to serve. And a birthday cake to delight us…
The room is spacious if you usually stayed in basic room type of other hotel, I think it can accommodate 1 or 1.5 more king size bed
Credits to staff during checkin, room service, even the staff at lift saying goodbye when checkout
As a solo traveller, I am satisfied with the courteous and attentive service provided by members of the staff in Four Seasons. They assisted me and gave me practical suggestions cordially. They asked for my comments and followed without delay. They gave me feed back as soon as possible.
The various international cuisines provided in the morning breakfast were unique and attractive. I was exhilarated to see the Teppanyaki ice cream 😍! I ordered one with my own choice of toppings, yum!
If you have a sweet tooth, you will be gratified to see various desserts provided.
Moreover, a waiter from time to time came to our tables and surprised dinners with limited unique, skillfully crafted dim sums.
As a female traveller, the hygiene in the toilet in my room is a vital concern. I was satisfied to find the second roll of toilet paper covered with a decent cover so that it would not be contaminated in exposure to the toilet.
Apart from the towels placed outside the bathroom/ bath tub, it was thoughtful that towels were placed beside the beds. It will be more comfortable n healthy to dry feet thoroughly before going to bed.
Surely, the view, the decorations, the seasonal flower arrangements and the facilities in this renowned prestigious hotel were impeccable as I expected.
Excellent service and I love the hotel super pretty and well maintained!! The mall is interconnected and there are many nice restaurants, in fact you do not need to leave this building at all 😉 Enjoyed my time here with my friend, best hotel stay experience I ever had! 💕
It was my first time i stayed in this hotel,i was so impressed the service of all the hotel staff its the best! And also the ambiance of the hotel makes us relaks..Hoping soon to stay here again, and also the location is right infront of all the places you want to visit in macau👏😍
I must say, this is one of my best hotel in Macau ever in the Macau Island. I really love the sight we can see the view across the river, the transportation set up a very easy to follow instruction for people with live in the neighbour or as one of a traveller having a short trip in the community. All the facilities are very good to have, I love my room with an amazing view. I wish i can come back soon as a long stay guest. Seeya!
This is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!
- the location beside the airport terminal and the MLRT(Airport Station) was very convenient for the business
- the hotel and the room were clean and the daily fixing up was properly done on time
- no business service - printing out some documents - is the only minus point so far
- due to many tourists (mainly families with children) the noise after 22;00 pm was nearly daily on the acceptable limit.
Many many thanks to all the staff who did their utmost to make us feel good during our stay. Everything was really perfect, from check-in to checkout. The room was spacious and well decorated for our anniversary. We particularly liked their bar and the concept they developed for cocktails. The heated pool is beautiful, but the view is a bit obscured by the hotel building on the side.
The room and bathroom is hugeeeee, and it is clean. We project my laptop to the TV screen and get to watch a good drama to wrap up our night. Good stay!
Not much nice restaurant to choose from , but kids never bother with food, it’s all great.

Very Good
RRovina MayOur experience was wonderful! We went to waterpark and dine at the new restaurant in the lobby. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeping staff - Bryan - who delivered our kid’s amenities request. He was very helpful and professional. Another housekeeping lady - Deanna - during the turndown was very friendly and professional. All the staff in the lobby restaurant were also friendly and nice to us. They accommodate our request for my kid like providing the baby chair and cookies instead of just the complimentary bread.
GGuest UserQuick check in and out. Staff at front desk were nice and helpful, and had offered very useful information and advice. The room was spacious, neat and clean, and was well maintained. Would stay at the hotel again if visiting Taipa again.

MMy Shanghai LifeWhat a fantastic stay! The hotel is huge, but the service is efficient and good. Great, clean and spacious room (we were upgraded to a family room). The swimming pools are amazing. The swimming pools are amazing.
Plenty of breakfast opportunities (Elysee French bakery on the 4th floor is our favorite) if you don’t want to take the hotel breakfast. We will definitely come back!
GGuest UserPros,
- Stunning view with cleaned windows - unlike others without proper maintenance.
- Functional AC & temperature control
- Clean bed/washroom with sufficient toiletries
- 5 restaurants with different types of cuisine
- Gym & outdoor pool
Cons,
- Bit far and no shuttle from HZMB Macao Port. Not much to walk/visit around the hotel area.
- cockroaches(alike)/insect was found on the bottom of the pool, though lifeguard took immediate action, still a big minus
- we arrived earlier than we expect and understood the check-in time not available till 15:00 but the receptionist kept repeating the check-in time without other solutions nor asking us to take a seat/wait/whatever.
It sounds like, not my problem that you arrive earlier, and bothering him to check out other customers which they had no customers to checkout at that moment.
Overall,
Reasonable price, stunning view and well equipped gym. We had a wonderful stay last year but not this time with such reply from the beginning of the stay and poor pool hygiene.
HHAI NGOK**Exceptional Service That Made Our Stay Unforgettable!**
Our recent stay at W Hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and efficiently handled all requests. ”Special thanks to CHRIS for his helpful local tips!” The housekeeping team maintained our room impeccably, paying attention to even the smallest details.
What truly stood out was the staff’s genuine willingness to help. Whether arranging transportation or recommending hidden gems in the city, they did it all with professionalism and a positive attitude.
This level of hospitality is rare and deserves high praise. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend W Hotel to anyone seeking a seamless, personalized experience.
AAlfie&BillieWe booked 3 rooms of this category and they had to move us around due to the renovation noise. Not a problem though! I was on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean - having a cup of tea with the view was wonderful. The lifts are fast. The staff are very friendly and nice. They even ran down to the road to call us a taxi when there were none in the hotel. There’s a POPMART at the entrance of the hotel 😂 The housekeeping staff always made the bed beautifully and restocked my towels everyday. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel is well serviced by buses/taxis/walking. A pleasant stay - I wish it was longer.
EExplorhears Travel and ToursWe were happy with our stay in Casa Real. The staff were accommodating and they exert effort to help us with the directions within Macau.
The rokm is clean and tidy and the beddings are fresh.
We generally loved our stay
GGuest UserNot enough check in/out counters. We ordered an extra bed room and need to request setup and supplies after check-in. Breakfast selection was limited and mostly cold food served, and the noodle bar could be more flexible to accommodate guest needs. Perhaps consider offering bacon as a start. Surprised a 5-star hotel doesn't have English movie channels. The 5/F dim sum restaurant was good. The staff were generally friendly.
SS BizWe enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Ms. Bela Deng for being kind, hospitable and literally being just by the door to attend to our housekeeping needs. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping team we're very kind and helpful too. We were given a compliementary cake to celebrate our anniversary.
We took the shuttle to Lisboa Palace and walk (around 10mins) to the hotel. There is a mall on the ground floor so we had lots of things to do like indoor skydiving and arcade games. The breakfast at Stanley Cafe had many choices and good. Angela's cafe is good for light breakfast.
Will book this hotel again in the future. It's perfect staycation for families with kids.
