Excellent townhouse. Everything is clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. It's a bit far to the beach, we specifically looked for such a place. Quiet, no fuss. Nearby there are shops and a market and hairdressers. In 7/11 you can pay RSHB, it's convenient. Cats also came to visit us. Each room has air conditioning. There is a washing machine, we did not use it. 3 bathrooms with accessories. I want to come back again

Upside:
The villa was big and spacious fully equipped with a karaoke set, billiard table, and a nice pool with floats!
Downside:
The check-in process for me was a bit messy as I could only reach the location after their staff were gone. Only managed to resolve everything with the help of a local as they seemed to have some difficulty responding in English or via the Trip chat when compared to other hotels I’ve booked.
Before the trip, I actually looked for a lot of villas, because it was a family trip, and there were family members with me, thinking that villas were more comfortable and had a higher degree of freedom. I had read all the reviews of this villa before, and there were both praises and criticisms, so after booking it, I was still very nervous.
The day before arriving at the villa, I called the owner, and the owner told me that I only needed to call her half an hour before arriving on the day. So, I called her when I arrived at the villa the next day. The landlord told us that the villa was No. 180, and she would need 10 minutes to arrive. Fortunately, we were just outside the door of No. 180, so we waited outside the door. The landlord Kate arrived very quickly, and she was very kind, so she took us into the villa. She told us some precautions one by one, such as keys, how to use the safe, kitchen utensils, etc. Here, I would like to add that the electricity in the room is free to use, but the room does not include cleaning fees. If you need to clean, the fee is 580🐷 each time, and if you need to use it, you will pay separately. But because there are few people and we go out early and come back late, we didn't call. In addition, the deposit for the house is 5000🐷, and I paid in cash. Please note that the bath towels provided by the house are single use. If you need to change them, each one costs 50🐷. I think the price is reasonable, so I asked Kate to help me change them every day. It is recommended to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
One thing that needs to be improved by the house is that the sewer smell in the bathroom is a bit strong. It was not there when I checked in on the first day. But after one night, the smell came out early the next morning. I originally wanted to ask the landlord to take a look, but because no one was there during the day, I opened the bathroom door and went back at night.
In addition, I want to praise Kate. She is very kind. I asked her some questions on WeChat and she answered them very promptly. Moreover, I told her that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room (because the children were always going in and out and the door was not closed in time). The next day, she specially prepared mosquito repellent and mosquito repellent for me.
My first experience of staying in a four-day private house in Thailand was that the electricity bill exceeded my expectations.
I didn't know there was a limit on electricity usage. The environment was nice but the amenities were not enough and there were not enough bath towels. It was not safe and convenient to enter and exit. It was a pity that the person who was taking over had to wait too long.
Located in the Venice Villa area of Pattaya, there are hot pot restaurants and supermarkets at the door, which is very convenient. It has an independent swimming pool, which is very beautiful. There are 4 bedrooms that are clean and tidy. The living room is large and the kitchen is also good. It is very convenient to cook by yourself. The main price is very cost-effective.

AArimaKanaPositive: We rented the place because I needed some space to clear up my diving gear, and this one was perfect for that. It has a billiard table to play with family or friends. Food mart in walking distance. The compound is secure with guards and portals around. 10min drive to Balihai Pier so suggest for divers. Housekeeping is amazing very clean and helpful. No amenities except towels and hairdryers, but that was in the description so wasnt a problem at all. Towels are clean and replaced every other day so that was a thumbs up too.
Negative points: the property asks you for approx 15% deposit but it never tells you that you must pay in ”cash” until the last minute. I had to rush the day before checkin to exchange enough cash. Get prepared with sufficient cash if you are booking this place, because nobody will tell you cash-only until D-1. On the last day the manager asked me that she would deduct 3000thb for electricity fee and I said it's ridiculous. She eventually didnt charge that fee but it was somewhat wierd to even say so.
CCuntouxiaobaoThis time in Pattaya, I stayed in this villa near the beach. It was really the most satisfying accommodation experience during my trip!
Location: The villa is right by the sea, and the beach is a 1-minute walk away
Villa environment: The house is a combination of Nanyang style + modern style, which is very holiday-like. The swimming pool is designed very carefully, with good privacy, and it is especially good for taking pictures📸. Each room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the bed is also very comfortable~
Supporting facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook by yourself, and there is a barbecue grill. We BBQ by the pool at night, which is very comfortable.
Landlord service: The landlord is super enthusiastic, and he will answer any questions. The pick-up service is also well arranged, and there is no need to worry about transportation problems at all.
It is absolutely a dream villa, and I have collected it and plan to come again next time!
GGuest UserThe stay was just generally OK for us. However, there’re too many insects inside the house, we were busy killing cockroaches, mosquitoes and flies during our first 2 days of stay - I wonder how long had the house been left empty? The hygiene was not quite acceptable given that the there were dead insects everywhere and the dirty stains on the furnitures. All furnitures looked old and torn, but the cooking utenstils were generally fine.
We didn’t even dare to go out to the swimming pool as it was like an insects zoo. The pool water also looked dirty with some leafs, someone’s swimming goggles and dead insects inside.
