When we first walked in there was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help we received chocolate chip cookies they were delicious. check in was extremely easy and the person at the front desk was pleasant. The room was clean and didn't smell like pets or cigarettes like most hotel rooms despite it having carpet. The only real problem was or toilet keep running but when you closed the bathroom door it was enough of a sound bearer so I didn't bother us. There was outdated furniture that was heavily used but expected because it is a hotel room I do not come To sit in the room and look at all 4 walls I want to experience the amenities they have for us The work out room smelled of body odor to the point I had to take a pass. The pool was small but thankfully no one wanted to be in it so I had it too mysel. I was extremely satisfied with the hottub it was actually hot. The pool towels were on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. Breakfast was very well organized there was a good variation of food to eat. The staff made sure food kept coming out so it never got low.

This Hilton is an utter disappointment, barely deserving the name. It feels more like a run-down Motel 6 or a Super 8 than a reputable Hilton property. I stayed here for three days with a large group of friends, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, the rooms were appallingly dirty. The sheets had noticeable stains, which I reluctantly ignored, hoping it was an isolated issue. Unfortunately, it was just the beginning. One of my friends had a room with a bathtub that wouldn’t drain, leaving them to shower in ankle-deep water. When we reported the issue, the hotel staff nonchalantly informed us that they couldn’t switch the room and didn’t have any maintenance staff available until after our stay ended. The disregard for guest comfort and hygiene was shocking. Another friend’s room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the supposed non-smoking policy. It was as if the rooms hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in weeks. The lack of basic services was just as frustrating. There was zero room service, none. I had to reuse the same towel for three days because housekeeping didn’t bother to provide fresh ones. The beds weren’t made even once during our stay. It felt like we were staying in a neglected, budget roadside motel rather than a hotel that’s part of a renowned global chain. Honestly, I’m baffled as to how Hilton allows this location to tarnish its brand name. The standards here are so low that I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even in an emergency. Save your money and go elsewhere, where at least the basics of cleanliness and customer service are respected.

Wasn't very impressed with the place. The people were nice, but it was always hard to find someone at the desk. They were just never at the desk and even calling out for them didn't bring anyone. Especially frustrating was the fact that my mother was very ill and needed the elevator so I specifically asked at checkin about their elevator and was told they had one and there was no problem. The next morning I find it in pieces in the hallway at breakfast and am told it's a planned maintenance. Won't be fixed that day. I had to call my aunt from an hour away to come and help me get my mom down the stairs for her medical appointment, and it worsened her a lot with the pulling and trying to walk and hold on to the rail. She barely got to the ground floor. I don't care about maintenance but if I specifically ask about the elevator you should warn people. It was average otherwise. I'd give it 3 stars for how nice it was but it is in a good location.

It was a terrible experience. The hotel is mixed with overnight guests and people sort of living there paying monthly rates? Some person staying in room right next door actually knocked on my door, after midnight! Asking for ”a light”! For what I can only imagine. Totally freaked me out. I said no through the closed door. THEN overnight, multiple times and from 4 am on, someone was pacing in the hallway outside my door!!! It turns out could have been one of these residents with some sort of dimentia?? Or other mental condition. When I asked the lady why she couldn't separate me or the regular overnight guests from these residents, she said because there's scattered around the building. Obviously I will never stay there ever again. The woman behind the desk was actually very sweet. But whatever they're doing from an ownership standpoint and a policy standpoint of mixing overnight, guests with these residents is obviously unacceptable and creep
Quality Inn O'Hare Airport

Free parking and breakfast, but simpler. The price is also competitive. About 10 minutes' drive from Chicago's Outlets. It's not a flight, so I don't know how far it is from the airport. But I saw a shuttle bus to the airport.

We stayed in rm 314. Pros - Room was clean. Bathroom tub/shower, floors, base of the toilet. Sink area, closet space. Rug was vacuumed well. Clean fridge (didn't open or use the microwave). Coffee fully stocked. No dust. Headboard even appeared to be wiped down (which I really appreciate and some hotel chains don't do regularly enough). Bedding was clean and had a light fresh scent. Nice tv, firm bed. Very comfortable. Breakfast area was good. A lot to choose from, good variety. They had proteins (boiled eggs, eggs cooked to fit on muffins and bacon) of course a large variety of carbs too. Customer service, check in, check out and breakfast attendant were all friendly. Nice area. Close to a lot, restaurants, shopping mall. Cons - No shampoo was in our room. Didn't notice it until the morning. I'm sure if I called the front desk they'd have no problem getting it to us. We had a little left in a travel size bottle in our bag. Just used what we had left and made it work for both of us. At 3:30am we heard an adult size person run down the hallway.

This is a fairly typical Hampton Inn, but very near O’Hare with shuttle service to / from the airport. Pictures of the front, entrance lobby, eating and bar areas, swimming pool, and fitness center are attached. There are also many restaurants nearby within easy walking distance, we went to Moretti’s across the street that was very good. We had a two queen bed room, #320, that was very nice (picture of bedroom, bathroom, and view out the window are attached). I found the instructions on how to use their “business center” - not really a business center , just a printer with difficult to follow instructions about emailing to get a code, then using a web browser to find the printer too much for me to grasp. So instead I asked one of the lovely young ladies at the front desk for help, Karla Ramirez was a big help and offered to print my boarding passes for me if I emailed them to her. When I came back down about 30 minutes later shw had them waiting for me. That’s the type of customer service this hotel should be rewarding. Thank you Karla!!!

We got lucky and got an okay room with no significant health violations. The facilities are very dated but we expected that by reading the reviews. One alarming factor was that the locks did not work at all. The check-in was okay, but the receptionist was not very communicative.

Great location to take care of business and have lunch or a late dinner after a long day. Plus a great opportunity to shop for gifts all at a very convenient location. The choices of stores you have e are very good.
