路过张家口，团购了火锅，貌似鲸门集团排场很大，旗下包含了餐饮住宿商务等。住宿没有订到，试试火锅。。。。。。。。环境超赞，高档华丽。团了188套餐四人餐，同行五位，又单点了一位锅底和自助小料，和一些菜。。。。。。。。。锅底很考究，铜锅，下面烧的是环保油，火力旺而持久。套餐量足，食材质量都不错，套餐包含的四个扇贝，妥妥的夏威夷扇贝，还有草虾，个头足足地。锡盟羔羊肉特别嫩，鲜美。美式肥牛有些肥了。所有菜品摆盘都比较美观，精细。套餐内酸梅汤没了，换成了柠檬水。。。。。。。。。又点了肥牛一号，比较瘦的。脆骨高钙羊肉，无功无过。点了份糖酥饼，超级入味，就像老婆饼的口感，除了甜了些。。。。。。。。。自助餐台超级丰富，麻将底料已经分成了小碗，还有菌王酱，沙茶酱，香辣酱等多种可以添加。水果有香蕉，西瓜，哈密瓜。。。。。。。。。服务员不太多，人多的时候有点相应不及时了。
