房間整體“看起來”還算可以，服務也還可以，但設施實在不是一個五星級酒店該有的樣子。
第一，洗手間打開和關閉浴室門下面摩擦都會發出很大的噪聲，但這一點可能是基於防水，這一點我們相對理解酒店。
第二也是重點，房間內太熱了，房間內温度基本在30℃以上。入住前我們被告知如果熱的話可以關空調，但是關空調後温度仍然下不去，晚上壓根兒睡不着。空調調為製冷沒有用，詢問前台得知是中央空調製熱，房間空調無法制冷。凌晨一點給酒店前台打電話送來了風扇，但噪音也很大。
而如圖5與圖6，查詢攜程評論發現，早在2024年2月甚至2023年2月時就已經有人反映房間內太熱的問題，而在2023年2月下面酒店給出的回覆是“酒店管理層非常重視，並已經做了認真的調查和及時的整改”，2024年2月回覆“將之視為持續進步的指引和我們不斷提高的方向”，事實是這個存在了近兩年並且承諾整改的問題，直到2024年11月都沒有改變。我想請問貴酒店究竟是否重視客人的意見和建議，酒店管理層是不是將客人的意見與建議當不存在一樣。作為一個五星級酒店，至少是攜程上的五鑽酒店，不想營業的話張家口市也有其他更好的酒店，不必説著空話，承諾整改卻一點實際方案沒有。

房間很大，設施很新，房間有一個很大浴盆。隔音效果不錯，晚上美美的睡了一覺。
早餐中西結合，尤其是中餐樣式多，供應足，有張家口本地特色，所以得到了同行的幾家大人小孩的一致好評。
辦理入住的服務員無論入住和退房都高效專業，點贊👍
兩點不足：酒店和周圍公寓共用停車場，轉半天才到地下停車入口。游泳池外包，住店客人付費入場，雖然很便宜。

這次住了三天，是非常滿意的酒店。首先前台熱情，知道有小朋友幫我們升級了房間，並送了蛋糕券，每天都有酸奶或水果送到房間。
其次房間大，床品不錯，睡得舒服，空間安排也合理。
然後就是衞生也不錯，帶孩子就怕不乾淨，一進房間就整個檢查了下，非常滿意。以後來張家口這裡是首選。
最後，周邊吃的玩的都方便，火鍋，燒烤，家常菜，莜麪特色菜都有。帶孩子挖水晶和橄欖石都不算遠。
