Ma Bufang Mansion is located in Weimin Lane, Dongcheng District, Xining City. It was the official residence of Ma Bufang, the "King of Northwest China" at that time. The mansion is a typical residential building of that era, and at the same time it is very magnificent, and even some rooms are made of jade, which is luxurious and exquisite. There are also some exhibitions about the history of Ma Bufang's family and the customs of ethnic minorities in the northwest in the mansion, which can be visited together. The current mansion is not big, about 100 meters long both vertically and horizontally. The mansion is not facing south like traditional buildings, but facing the direction of Mecca on the west side. The whole mansion consists of several small yards. The gate of Ma Bufang's mansion is on the east side. When you enter from the gate, you will first come to the east courtyard of the mansion. The east courtyard is divided into the front courtyard and the middle courtyard, which can be visited one by one. As soon as you walk into the yard, you can see the old buildings with a unified style here, and there are carved murals on the walls, which are very delicate. The front yard is the place where the Ma family used to receive guests. There are VIP halls, jade halls, east and west halls, etc. Some old photos, calligraphy and paintings are displayed in the halls, and you can simply visit to understand the history. Among them, jade is more special. The inner and outer walls of the entire building are made of jade, which is very luxurious. The middle courtyard is where Ma Bufang's family members live, with several bedrooms and a small reception hall. The eye-catching thing in the middle courtyard is a huge Taishi chair with a strange shape, which is carved from the root of a century-old tree. After visiting the middle courtyard, you can enter the courtyard on the southwest side. This small courtyard is also called the Nanlou courtyard. It used to be the house for women's dependents. It was the place where female guests and servants lived and stayed. In the past, men were forbidden to enter. Now the courtyard has been turned into a folk museum, displaying the costumes of some ethnic minorities in Qinghai.
Came on July 23, 2014. I came here mainly to visit Ma Bufang's former residence, especially "Xinxuan". I saw that the exterior walls were all jade as building materials. It can be imagined that Ma Bufang had many scenery in the northwest. The whole residence is quite complete, basically maintaining the original appearance, if you have the opportunity to visit, it is still not to be missed.
Located in the eastern district of Xining City, very close to Xining Station, it is the private residence of the Republic of China warlord Ma Bufang, named "Xinyi". Now changed to Qinghai Folk Custom Museum. It is the only official residence built in jade in the country. Tickets are 30 yuan. Each courtyard and important hall houses have secret roads connected to each other. Worth visiting.
Ma Bufang Mansion, is a large warlord in the southwest, Ma Bufang's private house, legend, the wall of this house, is built with jade, an absolute luxury house, walk into here to see.
This should be the most worthwhile attraction in Xining City. The Ma Da warlord is really rich and careless. Finally, he took so much gold to run. Now there is no future person in the Ma family. I heard that his grandson is quite rich in real estate in Saudi Arabia. Such people should always limit their children's entry if they have money. The experience of visiting attractions, there are not many staff, but it is super fierce. The tour guides are all reciting lines and sound very uncomfortable. Although most of the places were later repaired, and the furnishings in the house were not what they were, they still felt that the warlords lived in such poor areas of the people. Some things are not well preserved, such as Chiang Kai-shek, Li Hongzhang, Wu Peiqi's words, I don't know if I can see them in the future.
挺好的呀呀呀呀呀呀呀呀呀呀呀呀
