到犍为看嘉阳小火车和油菜花，抵达犍为的时候已经是中午，准备先把午饭解决了。在网上看到这家包大姐豆腐脑很有名，似乎是当地老字号美食，决定先吃点垫垫肚子再吃午饭。看地址是在新仁巷，跟着导航去的，定位很准，就在巷子入口的地方。路边有停车位，还是免费的，也很方便。店铺不大，招牌也不是特别醒目，环境也基本就是苍蝇馆子水准，桌椅板凳都很简陋。这儿就只卖豆腐脑、粉和粉蒸牛肉三样东西，豆腐脑有三种口味，牛肉、脆绍和肥肠，都是6元一碗，水粉7元一碗，粉蒸牛肉5元一小笼。我们要了一碗肥肠的，说实话有点失望。我本身是很喜欢吃豆腐的人，尤其是老豆腐，感觉才能吃到豆子的味道。这家豆腐脑比较嫩，而且很散，并且神奇的是，里边还加了水粉，并且汤头有勾芡，个人真的不习惯。肥肠味道还是可以，油水很重。反正生意是蛮好的，我们去的时候也还有不少其他顾客，好像营业时间是要从早上10点左右到下午6点。这隔壁还有一家卖锅盔的，生意也是很好，一直都有人排队买。另外，小店离犍为县政府很近，县政府建筑很有特色，值得一看。
