房間乾淨，服務周到，前台熱情，地段適合。酒店位於犍為縣城玉津鎮的鳳凰路南段與北段交界處。後面有去高鐵站和嘉陽小火車（包括躍進站或芭蕉溝站）的公交站（萬和鳳凰城站），交通方便，轉換自由，出行的時間成本及經濟成本低。

裝修一般，在縣城裡應該算不錯，房間空調一開有煙味，要求不高住一晚沒問題，有免費早餐，有粥，炒飯，麪條，吃飽沒問題。需要付款按金，退房後歸還迅速。

房間床單被套很臟 睡了之後一身癢 浴室還有上個客人用過的牙刷 向前台反應 態度極差 不及時解決 衹説反應給客房部 要求更換床單 未作回覆 點餐打前台電話 回答語氣很不耐煩 以後再也不去了！

超預期！服務很好！有求必應！房間很大，有3張床，我們一家人休息的很好，房間沒有異味，兩個房間分別兩台空調，怕熱的我們睡得特別香！停車非常方便，停車位挺多的！早餐到11點，非常適合睡懶覺的我們！離嘉陽小火車躍進站半小時車程，很便捷！但那邊最近在修路，小夥伴出發稍微提早一點！酒店可幫忙預訂小火車票，要提前一天的哈！周邊吃飯的很多，酒店自己的餐廳出品也非常好，種類挺多的西式簡餐！酒店旁邊是永輝超市、知名奶茶店、知名檸檬茶店，總體非常滿意，因此再續住了一天。

二次入住，客房寬敞，乾淨衞生，服務態度好，早餐較豐盛。不過這個價位酒店續瓶裝水還要5元一瓶是沒見過的，客房一次性馬桶墊也要3元，成都這種價位酒店這些都是不收費的。
