◾️Ashoka Temple, an ancient temple from the Jin Dynasty, is located at the foot of Mount Taibai under the peak of Huading. Built during the third year of Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty by Emperor Wu, it has withstood countless historical trials and tribulations. It is the only millennium-old temple in China named after the Indian Emperor Ashoka, and also the only existing stupa in China that houses the Buddha's relics. The temple is famous at home and abroad for its treasured collection of the true relics of Sakyamuni and the exquisitely delicate relic stupa. It holds an extremely high status in the Buddhist community and enjoys a prestigious reputation in the history of Buddhism both in China and abroad. The temple is renowned far and wide for its unique historical status.

4. Public Transportation: Take the subway Line 1 to Baotang Station, and it's about a 20-minute walk to reach the temple. There are direct buses (Bus 558, 556, 758, 155, 756, 591, 591-1 to Yuying Station).

1. If you happen to be there around noon (11:00~13:00), there is free vegetarian food provided at the monastery's dining hall. Remember to speak softly while eating.
2. Buy a pack of small cookies at the temple entrance to feed the koi in the pond in front of the first main hall, the Heavenly King Hall.
3. To the right of the main gate of the Heavenly King Hall, there are free incense sticks (9 sticks per person) available. You can go around the three main halls clockwise and light three sticks at each.
4. The last hall behind the Heavenly King Hall is the Relic Hall, which enshrines the relics of Sakyamuni. It is said to be the only place in the country with these relics, so don't miss it.
4. You can bring your own corn dregs to feed the pigeons in the large square in front of the Heavenly King Hall; just raise your arms and wait for the pigeons to come and feed.
Ayuwang Temple, located at the peak of Taibai Mountain, Baozhuang, Wuxiang Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, was built in Taikang, the Wudi of West Jin, in the year 282 AD, and has been through more than 1700 years of history. Ayuwang Temple is known as the "Southeast Buddha Kingdom", is a famous Buddhist temple of Zen Buddhism, and the Chinese Buddhist "Five Mountains and the Fifth". It is also the only ancient temple in China named after the Indian Ayu. It is famous for its real body of the Buddha's treasure, Sakyamuni, and the exquisite Sheri Pagoda. It was announced by the State Council as "the key Buddhist monastery in the Han nationality region of the country" in 1984. On May 25, 2006, as an ancient building in the Yuan-Qing period, the Ayuwang Temple was approved by the State Council for inclusion in the list of the sixth batch of key cultural relics protection units nationwide.
The Ayuwang Temple is the only ancient temple in China that has been given the life of the Indian Ayuwang Temple. The Ayuwang Temple has a high status in history, and the Tiantong Temple and Xuedou Temple in Ningbo are listed as the official "Five Mountains and Ten Temples" in the Song Dynasty.
Like Tiantong Temple, it is free of tickets. The four large stone pillars at the door are magnificent. Walking around the court, there is a release pool, there is a huge bird in the middle of the lake, the carp is lined up and back, and the two sides are still green. The king of Ashok is relatively small. It takes cash to write the fate in the temple.
