Wellington Arch

Wellington Arch is believed to be the largest bronze sculpture in Europe. A very friendly and enthusiastic employee greeted the arch in a small gift shop. He briefly introduced the arch, displayed wonderful pictures of the arch and its surrounding areas, and had the opportunity to see Wellington boots and swords in the war.

It's worth buying a ticket for the Apsley Tower and the Wellington Arch, which did provide some information about the battle in Waterloo, especially with thousands of fighters involved, not just Wellington and Napoleon. The Battle of Tielu is on the third and fourth floors. Although the appearance of the arch is impressive, the exhibition space is small and the stairs are narrow.

Wellington Arch is an important landmark building in London, UK. It is located on the road from Hyde Park to Buckingham Palace. Every day, horse riding teams will pass through Buckingham Palace. It is very meaningful to watch the cavalry ceremony with many tourists every day. In addition, the statue on the arch is about twelve meters high, which is the largest bronze statue in Britain.

It’s a nice place to see, close to other landmarks, but if you’re limited on time, I wouldn’t go out of my way to see it. It is pretty to see though if you have the time.

It's actually a small square. You can see from Hyde Park Corner, the Duke of Wellington Memorial Sculpture, World War II Monument, etc. and the archway. You can visit the second floor of the archway with London Pass. Because 2015 is the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo, there are some commemorative murals and exhibitions at the exit of the subway station.
