If Jinglongguan refers to Niangziguan and Guguan, it should be in Pingding, Shanxi, Shijiazhuang to Jingxing, basically only by taxi. It's better to take a train from Shijiabubei Station for 4 yuan, go directly to Niangziguan Station and walk right for 10 minutes, then go to Niangziguan. Niangzi can only take a taxi to Guguan, but the distance is closer to Jingxing.
