京都行非常期待的一家店，虽然知道这是一家网红店味道可能没有那么好，但是光是颜值就已经足够吸引人了。到达京都的第一晚去的，时间比较晚了，老板在我的再三苦求下才同意放我进去。简直感动哭了，还是台湾同胞好说话。沟通起来也毫无障碍。餐厅从内到外都充满了设计感，简约而不简单。老板应该是设计出身吧，好多食客感觉都是为了拍照而来的，当然我也是的。玻璃窗外面的日式庭院充满了现代美感，虽然是晚上但都能感受得到。就餐的以当地年轻人居多，也有几个中国声音，毕竟国人都爱网红嘛。老板及整个团队都是台湾过来的，说话轻声轻语的很舒服。当晚只有中等价位的套餐可以选择了，倒也不错，省得纠结了。可能这样的创意料理需要准备的时间比较长吧，等了蛮久，还好我不赶时间。正好吃到店家关门结束，慢慢品味。一共十二种食材的组合，都还算有新意，但是总觉得视觉效果好于味觉感受，确实很好看吃法也特别，但是食材不算顶级，在日本来说这是硬伤，可能网红店都不是很注重食材吧，不难吃就行了。不过食材的甜咸搭配我还是能接受的，比如抹茶玉子烧就很有意思。鱼生的新鲜度确实不够，但是有几道蔬菜还不错。调味料给的种类很多，也基本都用到了。但还是蛮欣赏台湾主厨的创意和脑洞的，把寿司这么玩的他是第一人，虽然我是觉得吃起来很麻烦，还要一个个自己包，紫菜本身就那么小，还要裹进去这么多的食材和米饭，对动手能力要求太高了~我是不行。那碗汤反而印象蛮深刻的，是白味噌汤，里面据说还加入了鲤鱼的高汤，总体蛮鲜美的。反正这家店是很适合发朋友圈和社交媒体的，看到图片的人绝对立马有想要来的冲动！
