The gate itself looks very interesting: they have twirled not evenly and therefore it is worth to bypass them to look from different directions. Inside is the museum of the city, there are several interesting exhibits. Entry is cheap: 8 euros per person. Termination: Vaccination or certificate of over-infected coronary virus + identity card.



These brick buildings are very beautiful. They are located right close to the cute gate before entering the island

This large gymnasium should be regarded as a landmark building in the daily life of citizens. The location is very good, close to the train station. It is not too far to walk. It is not only a sports center, but also has many activities. Kiel's handball team is also among the best in Germany. A very distinctive place in this gymnasium is the square at the entrance. It is a small pool made of stones, but there is no water. Maybe you can skateboard, but no one was skateboarding when I went there. These are a bit like modern art. It is wavy and then supports the entire gymnasium. The gymnasium is like an open sail. This is more in line with the basic concept of a sailing city. There are many cafes and several real estate agencies next to the square. It is interesting to see the housing prices in Kiel.


