Have you been to the Netherlands 🇳🇱? Last October was my very first time in the country. Strange right, considering that I am from France and I could technically just hop on a 2 hour train to get here. But I made my way there all the way from New York, and decided to go for something a little different and off the beaten path. Instead of going to the very popular capital city of Amsterdam, I opted for the neighboring city of Rotterdam. This city, which is the second largest city in Holland, turned out to be just what I had hoped for: a lovely European vibed place, with houses and buildings from the old architectural style to the modern skyscrapers. Did you know, Rotterdam is the biggest port in the continent? 🛳
