Beijing Chaoyang Dawangjing Park (North Gate)

The fish in the water is very large, and every time I bring some bread to feed the fish, the children feel very interesting and happy. Running in the park is also very good, the environment is beautiful and the air is good. Relaxing free park, separated from the airport expressway by a wall, is quiet like that, green mountains and green waters, birds and flowers. There are health trails, and there is a massage effect on the pebbles. Ancient tree square, natural oxygen bar, lotus pond lawn, and a Wangjingtai, as the name implies, to name something. There are a lot of elderly people and small pot friends walking in the park.

Dawangjing Park is located in the jurisdiction of Cuigezhuang Township in Chaoyang District, north of the Beixiaohe, southeast of Jingshun Road, northeast to the Fifth Ring Road, west to Wangjing Planning Road. The total area covers 334000 square meters, of which the land area 310633 square meters (green area 261608 square meters, garden road and paving 49025 square meters), and the surface area is 23,367 square meters.

The park covers an area of 255 mu, and greening, leisure, entertainment and viewing are integrated, opening up 11 mu of artificial lake surface, pavilion corridors, water meteorite bridge and other garden buildings 500 square meters. The park has more than 600 evergreen trees, more than 3,300 trees of fallen Qiao and fallen crown, more than 35,000 flowers and shrubs and climbing plants, and more than 40 mu of lawn

Dawangjing is a region with a long history. Dawangjing is hundreds of years longer than Beijing. The history books record that Wangjing as a place name first appeared in the Liao Dynasty, and it has been thousands of years since. The Liao Dynasty was in Zhongjing (now Ningcheng, Inner Mongolia), and Youzhou (now Beijing) was one of the accompaniment capitals, called Nanjing (also known as Yanjing).

This is the first time I came to Dawangjing Park. During the epidemic, there were not many people, and you can enter for free by scanning the code. The park is long, the area is not small, the greening is very good, there are large lawns, and trees, you can breathe fresh air. The famous Wangjingtai can see the high-rise buildings in the distance under the blue sky and white clouds. There is also a small water system where you can fish and play in the water.
