Rizhao Jinshan Campground is a great spot to watch the sunrise from Yulong Snow Mountain. This time I was lucky, and the sunrise lasted about 20 minutes. I went to Everest and the Meili Snow Mountain in Shangri-La before, because of the clouds and mist, I couldn't see the true face of the snow mountain peak.

Yulong Snow Mountain is a must-check-in place to go to Lijiang. It takes nearly an hour to drive from the ancient city of Lijiang. In fact, the scenery along the way is still good. It doesn't necessarily feel like this when you really get to the top of the mountain. It's also good to live in a nearby homestay.
