It is a treasure hall in front of Uesugi Shrine, which enshrines Kenshin Uesugi, which uses the ruins of Yonezawa Castle. It is a reinforced concrete building built in the Taisho era, and many relics and treasures of the Uesugi family, including Kenshin Uesugi, were stored.
