Baidongxia Tourist Area is located at the junction of Hubei and Jiangxi provinces, on the northern foot of Mufu Mountain, in Yanggang Town, Yangxin County, Huangshi City. It is named after a canyon that runs through Baidong.

Here you can find the wonders of the Cambrian caves dating back 500 million years, the beautiful ecological canyons, the majestic and steep Shenbing cliffs, thrilling experience projects, and quaint villages with curling smoke. The main cave of Baidong Gorge, "Mountain and Sea Fantasy", is 3,600 meters long and consists of 6 large cave halls and numerous small caves. The temperature is kept at 17℃ all year round, which is warm in winter and cool in summer.

Entering the cave, the stalactites such as stalagmites, stone pillars, and stone curtains are magnificent, each with its own unique shape, and shocking, which can be called an "underground art palace". Looking down from the largest glass viewing platform in the cave in Central China, the trail lights below are like shining stars in the Milky Way. Going down the steps, it feels like being in the fairyland of Yaochi. Some stalactites are transparent and exquisite, like jade buildings; others have different shapes, shining with golden light, overlapping and covering like dragon scales. The sky bridges, stone forests, cliffs, cliffs, peaks and valleys in the cave are like walking into the Cambrian era, witnessing the evolution of geological history.
