Beihai Park (West Gate)

The abundant water resources of Xining Beihai Park is a major feature of Xining Beihai Park. The park landscape design closely follows this resource feature and creates a garden style in the south of the Yangtze River. The elderly apartment area is distributed in the southeast of the park, surrounded by mountains and rivers. The ethnic customs display area is located in the northeast of the park, where miniature landscapes such as Guide Jade Emperor Pavilion, Huangzhong Ta'er Temple, Huzhu Drum Tower, Nanliang Hutai Site in Xining, Beishan Tulou View, Nanshan Phoenix Terrace and Ma Bufang Jade Mansion are built. At the same time, a song and dance square was built, with colorful bricks and bright lights, providing a place for Qinghai Flower Fair, folk song and dance performances and other activities. Adjacent to the ethnic customs display area is the children's activity area, which is equipped with amusement equipment, ball activity network, popular science gallery, scientists of past dynasties, publicity and display of scientific and technological achievements, national heroes, aerospace heroes, model workers, sports stars, and young heroes. Character posters, integrating education in leisure and entertainment. The natural scenic ecological area is located in the southern part of the park villa area. The combination of deciduous trees, conifers, shrubs and grasses forms an ecological landscape forest with high canopy closure.
