Hulao Pass

Hulaoguan Tourist Area is located in Sishui Town, 16 kilometers northwest of Xingyang City. It is named after King Mu of the Western Zhou Dynasty. Here, the Qin Dynasty set up the pass, the Han Dynasty set up the county, and the later feudal dynasties were all fortified here. Hulao Pass is connected to Songyue Mountain in the south and the Yellow River in the north. There is a trend of "one husband is in control, ten thousand people are not open", and it has been a battleground for military strategists of all dynasties, especially the Three-British Battle of Lu Bu, which made it famous. Many military activities throughout history took place here. In the Spring and Autumn Period, Duke Lu Yin was here in 718 when Zheng defeated the Yan division; Duke Xiang of Lu was here in 571 two years ago. Building a city; 203 years before Chu and Han fought for hegemony, Liu Bang and Xiang Yu fought for the city here, especially at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, when Lv Bu fought against Liu, Guan and Zhang here, and even made Hulao Guan's prestige and reputation; Li Shimin in the Tang Dynasty fought against Dou Jiande, In the Song Dynasty, Yue Fei defeated the golden soldiers at Zhuludu, and until the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were still many fierce battles, and the sound of killing was heard from time to time. Hulao Pass is an ancient battlefield in history, and the emperor's battle for the territory has left us many historical sites and scenic spots for viewing. In the scenic area, there are Lubu City, Paomaling, Yinmagou, Triumpas, Zhangfei Village, Sanyi Temple, Huaxiongling, Wangmang Cave, "Yumen Ancient Ferry" and "Xuanwu Lingtai" scenic spots. Rebuild the ancient battlefield cultural sculpture garden, thousands of acres of fish ponds, thousands of acres of lotus ponds, wildfowl wetland reserves, Yellow River farmhouses, cultural squares, etc.
