Shangchizhai Drug Store

Shangchizhai took the "History of Bianyu Chuan" in "Drink is the water of the above pool, and the 30th day is the allusion to the knowledge of the things", a century-old Chinese medicine store. At the entrance of Jindongmen Old Street, it is indeed a pharmacy of Xinghua's old brand, and the elderly have verified it. The building should be the same year, but the renovation is very good. It is one of the few well-preserved ancient buildings in Xinghua.

Xinghua's famous old-fashioned pharmacy is at the entrance of Jindongmen Old Street. Now it seems that the symbolism is greater than the actual use, and the building is renovated. The entire store of Shangchizhai Pharmacy still maintains the original appearance of antique history, all the furnishings in the store, such as medicine cabinets, bottles (cans), mash tubes, money tables, plaques are original objects, becoming the oldest pharmacies in northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu.

上池斋药店位于金东门老街的路口，也是目前兴化唯一的一家全国文物保护单位。据说这家药店创办于清朝康熙年间。现在的药店坐南朝北，面积约200多平方米，占地面积216平方米。前后两进，为砖木结构。店里下为店堂，上为药材库房。后面还有制药作坊。店台上有多个青花瓷罐。店里的售药处、坐堂区、等待处、收银台也分得很清晰。这里还拍过多部影视剧。
