The Sigula Cultural Tourism City project is located in Siguniangshan Town, Xiaojin County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It was invested and built by the famous singing artist Rong Zhongerjia. It covers Tibetan-style business formats such as wooden villa hotels, water curtain restaurants, Rong Zhongerjia Performing Arts Center, and ethnic commercial streets, providing tourists with a full range of special services in food, accommodation, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment.

The live performance "Wedding at the Foot of the Sacred Mountain" was carefully choreographed by teacher Rong Zhongerjia, which combines diversified art performance forms such as Tibetan songs, Tibetan dances, Tibetan operas, and Tibetan customs. It can accommodate more than 1,000 people to watch and dine at the same time. During the performance, tourists can not only learn about the unique Tibetan culture, but also participate in interactive Guozhuang dance activities and taste delicious Tibetan hot pot.

In the auspicious and blessed atmosphere of the live performance, the two newlyweds used holy Hada, mellow wine, pious burning incense and sincere wishes to demonstrate the rich ethnic customs and regional cultural characteristics of the Jiarong Tibetans, allowing tourists from afar to experience a memorable cultural feast and fully display the ethnic diversity.
