🔥 Key points here / Pitfall Guide
📍 Shaanxi History Museum
China's first large-scale modern national museum, with a collection of over 370,000 items, ranging from Shang and Zhou bronzes, terracotta figures from various dynasties, Han and Tang gold and silverware to Tang tomb murals, known as the treasure house of Chinese civilization.
▪️ Book in advance, Tang Dynasty Mural Exhibition 300 yuan / Tang Dynasty Treasures 30 yuan
▪️ Human guide basic hall 100, treasure hall 50 yuan
▪️ Audio guide rental 30, deposit 100
📍 Da Ci'en Temple/Grand Tang Paradise/Grand Tang Mall
Da Ci'en Temple is most famous for the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built under the supervision of Xuanzang to preserve the scriptures and Buddha statues he brought back. Grand Tang Paradise is mainly a large-scale royal theme park showcasing the culture of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. There are also many performances in the park at different times.
🌈 If time is short, it is recommended to go directly to the Grand Tang Mall to experience the bustling Tang Dynasty night market! After all, the night view here is exciting!
📍 Muslim Street/Spray Gold Bridge
Muslim Street is basically one of the most concentrated tourist food spots, very crowded, and the dining prices on Muslim Street are not cheap, it can be treated as a sight to stroll through.
➡️ As for Spray Gold Bridge, there are fewer people compared to Muslim Street, but it's not exactly off the beaten path anymore. I personally recommend the old alleys next to Spray Gold Bridge, which are very nice to walk through and have an authentic local atmosphere.
📍 Terracotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang
Approved by the United Nations in 1987 to be listed in the 'World Heritage List', it is known as the eighth wonder of the world. This attraction needs no introduction, a pride of the Chinese people. It's very crowded, be careful not to get pushed over.
📍 Huaqing Pool
Huaqing Pool, also known as Li Palace, where Yang Guifei bathed, is a very small pool. 🌈 The evening performance of 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' is recommended, with a total of ten acts, lasting 70 minutes. The performance is beautiful, and the prosperity of the Grand Tang Dynasty is worth seeing.
📍 Famen Temple
Founded during the Eastern Han Dynasty, it has a history of over 1900 years. Located in Baoji City, also known as the True Body Pagoda, it became a holy place for Buddhism because it houses the finger bone relics of Sakyamuni Buddha.
Famen Temple visit order: Old Temple > Museum > New Temple
➡️ Inside the Ten-Combined Relic Pagoda, which has an investment of over 5 billion, there is a performance about the past of Famen, which is quite beautiful. Friends who have the money and leisure can go and see it.
📍 Ancient City Wall
On the last day, you can climb the Ming Dynasty Ancient City Wall, which is the largest and most intact ancient city wall existing in China. There are four city gates in total, and the wall is especially magnificent at sunset. Highly recommended!
It's a place you should come to at least once. Well managed inside The lighter was confiscated before entering. Recommended and beautiful museum
Worth the time to travel here, recommend using a guide for this to fully understand all the amazing history. Recommended to come Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum
There is a direct train from the city to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shihuang. You don't need to consider traffic problems throughout the whole process. When you want to go back, you only need to call the driver and the master will pick you up at the door. It is recommended to go during the week, there will not be a lot of people, and finally there is another shopping store. Friends who are not interested can not go in and see it.
A historical cultural site. Still in the process of being excavated, the Terracotta Warriors are a sightseeing marvel. Created to accompany the first emperor of China into the afterlife, it is amazing to see how these warriors have stood against the test of time. I definitely recommend reading up on the history before you go to visit in order to fully appreciate what you’re seeing.
is a place in the world which everyone should see. It's fun and beautiful. I had the best time of my life being there. Pictures won't ever describe how cool this place is.
The only meaning is to see the terracotta warriors and horses on display. The interpreters in the venue are more professional when explaining the pit number one, two and three. But the mechanism of the museum pulling people to shop is very bad. If you are interested, you are naturally willing to buy it. If you are not interested, it is useless to say anything. Seeing that there is no shopping, just throw people down and let people go out. Let me have a little less impression of Xi'an's service.
The tour guide Chen Yu is humorous, with a thick cultural foundation, a lively explanation, and a good mood for tourists. Not only can he talk about the hidden knowledge of the attractions, but also can combine the current cultural rejuvenation content to let tourists, especially children feel the long and heavy history of the motherland. I also took a vivid patriotic education class. I deeply felt the unique charm of the ancient capitals of the 13th Dynasty. I remembered the prosperity of my great Qin, Dahan and Datang. During the Spring Festival, I can go to Xi'an, the ancient capital, and hope to have the opportunity to come to Xi'an again. Chang'an Changle!
One day in advance, the tour guide will notify the collection time by text message. The explanation is very professional and very satisfied. There are not many people. You can watch the cultural relics up close. The overall browsing is almost two hours. The experience is very good.
