History and Culture Corridor

In 2005, the flood in Zhangzhou, Xijiang and Guijiang flooded the flood control dike, and poured into the lower Hedong area like a waterfall. It was my earliest impression of this place. Later, the government repaired the inner wall of the dike nearly 2 kilometers long, forming a sculpture to show the scenery and humanity. The cultural wall of poetry, calligraphy and painting, introducing various historical memories and folk customs in Zhangzhou, has also won the title of national tourist attraction. Every other section, there are steps to climb to the top of the dam, or to the river through the open flood control door. It's just that the maintenance is not very good, some areas have a lot of garbage, a smell of urine, and some people are too unfair.

The historical and cultural corridor of Zhangzhou is very long, basically as long as there is a river embankment, there are text pictures. The content of the promenade is also very rich, from Su Dongpo Yinjiang's verse "Yuan Xiushui is unparalleled", to Zhangzhou celebrity Li Jishen's calligraphy, and then to Yuan Chonghuan's farewell speech, as well as Zhangzhou Shengjing Longmu Temple, Hegang return photo introduction. Walking along the river, the promenade is a book that will bring the history of Zhangzhou to the present day.

Under the bridge on the riverside, it is very close to the city range of riding. Pay attention to the stone carvings and texts on the wall, otherwise it is easy to see. If you take a walk at the bottom of the bridge, you can enjoy the history described by the wall by the way. But it doesn't feel too meaningful to specialize in the past.

The cultural corridor is really magnificent. Its length and large-scale relief groups are extremely rare in the country, and the Wulong Yin carvings embedded in the flood wall are unique.
