On the way from Wakkanai Station to Cape Noshappu, there is a Self-Defense Forces garrison, next to it is a large park with large playset. This is Noshappu Park. Although it is in the park, the park golf course has several courses behind it. You can't see it from the road unless you enter the park. The park on Cape Noshapp is Eyamadomari Fishing Port Park, not Noshapp Park. Also, tourists are unlikely to go there.
