It was a weekend when I arrived at the Provincial Council Building and the interior was not open. However, the castle's general grand shore is still worth stopping. The grass outside the door is open, facing the water scene of Inner Harbour, and the left and right sides are Centennial Square and the Royal British Columbia Museum.
