The City of Arts & Science is a beloved spot in Valencia for me. I explored it with my friends in May, the perfect time for sunny strolls. When you visit, you'll also get to experience the largest Aquarium in Europe. This aquarium has been my favorite throughout my life, featuring the biggest underwater tunnel. It's a unique opportunity to see sea species not commonly found elsewhere. My trip there was truly enjoyable!
The buildings have dramatic design and are photogenic. But the urban design is stqrk and unwelcoming and as a result no one hangs around, especially on a sunny day when there is no shade. There are also no cafes. There are events that happen in these modern buildings. There was a rock concert when we were there.
Valencia, the perfect synthesis of art and value. The Art Science City, designed by architects Santiago Calatrava (Santiago Calatrava) and Felix Candela (Felix Candela), covers an area of more than 350,000 square meters and is one of Valencia's most popular attractions. The entire complex includes planetarium, science palace, art palace, aquarium, botanical garden, etc. The American drama "Western World" was once shot here ~
Super nice spot in Valencia. The area is quite big so you’ll need some time to see it. It can get very hot at noon so try to be there early in the morning. some buildings can be accessed for free.
