It is an observatory overlooking Manseki Seto, which was excavated by the army in the past between Asaya Bay and Miura Bay. Another sea landscape was seen from east to west. I learned later that it was now off limits due to aging (there was a rope on the ground at the entrance, but it was not blocking the road), and I was scared. It is on the left hand side of the national highway from Manseki Bridge in the direction of Hidakatsu. It is an observatory on a small hill, and the surrounding area is a lawn garden. From this observatory, you can see from Asaya Bay to Manseki Bridge and the Sea of Japan, but you can enjoy the scenery quietly because it is so quiet.
