    It is a private museum for storing and exhibiting his own painting industry built by the late Western-style painter Shigesaburo Imai from Haguro. The building is a relocated dozo in the middle of the Edo period (Genroku 2nd year), and it is worth a visit just for construction. The building, which was used as an adjacent atelier before his birth, has a restaurant "Open Kato", where you can enjoy a delicious lunch after appreciating the paintings.

    This is a private gallery of Shigesaburo Imai, a painter born in the Meiji era. On the way back from Mt. Haguro, I got off the bus and walked for 20 minutes. It seems that it takes 15 minutes by car from Tsuruoka Station. On weekdays in October, there were few visitors, and when I entered the entrance, a painter's daughter came and explained that I would pay 500 yen for cooperation.
