I visited during the autumn leaves. It is the first tourist spot when entering Akiyama-go from Tsunan. The rock surface of the columnar joints and the colored trees 々 that rise on the opposite bank of the Nakatsu River were beautiful.

About 5 minutes walk from Mitama Fudoson. If you walk a little off the road, you will find a pond, and a columnar joint appears in the back. It was August, so the grass was overgrown and I wasn't impressed, but it would be beautiful during the autumn leaves. There was a beautiful frog in the pond. I was afraid of the signboard of "bear attention" that came to this place, and I didn't go back.

Located at the Geopark at the foot of Mt. Naeba, you can see the magnificent cliffs of "column joints" (it seems to be almost the same height as Tokyo Tower). It seems that volunteers from Mitama Village in Tsunan Town took five years to develop it, and it is a new spot that was built in 2014. At the end of October, when I visited this fall, unfortunately it was covered with clouds that were about to rain, but the autumn leaves were still wonderful and the walking path was dyed red and yellow. A park in the Okubo district of Mitama Village. A parking lot is built at the entrance from National Highway 405, and you can walk from there to the superb view point in ５～１０ minutes. When you look at the cliff (column joint) on the opposite bank of the Nakatsu River from the top of the cliff, you will be overwhelmed by its size and power. During the autumn leaves season, there was a beauty of colors, and I felt the illusion of coming to another world.
