nice place, quiet
Millet comes down to the Toyama plains. Focused on École de Barbizon. Nice place. It owns more than 50 paintings but 20 of them were on display. Toyama MoMA is closed now and will open in August 26th...
It is a museum on Chuo-dori, Toyama City. There are millet works, and I was impressed that it was a museum that is friendly to the citizens of Toyama! !!

At first glance, it looks like a luxury boutique, and although it is in a busy place, it is a museum with few visitors. Recommended for those who like realism.
You can see the works of Miley (owned by the Hokuriku Bank) in such a place. Generally 300 yen is a good deal.

Galli Miley is just around the corner from the Hokuriku Bank on the quaint Chuo Street (arcade street) of Shutter Street. Barbison paintings such as Miley, Coulbe and Colow are on display. There are no well-known masterpieces, but you can see the style that leads to each masterpiece. Unfortunately, you cannot shoot inside the hall, and you can get a postcard by showing your JAF membership card.
You can enjoy it slowly. It is a cozy museum with a simple explanation from the person in charge. It seems that music events are also held occasionally.
