I could hear a few concerts and can confirm that the building is really well built. I don't always like modern architecture, but this is really good.
Cultural Center
It is a modern building between the folk museum and the road. It attracted attention because there were a lot of people coming and going, but I didn't go close on purpose. It's unfamiliar in Torun, full of historic buildings.
