Walking distance from Hamamatsu Cho station
I used it when boarding and disembarking "Ogasawara Maru". It is conveniently located within walking distance from Hamamatsucho Station, and there was plenty of room to spend time waiting for boarding. However, the restaurant was only half-open, and it seemed better to use the nearby store.
