Holidays are very crowded
If you go in the morning and line up before the opening, you may be able to get a semi-private room space. You can enjoy manga all day long. Meals are also lentin, but they are cheap, so they are conscientious! You can bring it in!

ＪＲ Go down at the south exit of Tachikawa Station and walk to the southeast １０ minutes. It is located on the ２ floor of the Children's Future Center, which was renovated from the old city hall. Maniac manga, old manga is few, but adults can immerse themselves in the world of manga all day with an admission fee of ４００ yen.
