The Kanda River in Nakano Ward and Shinjuku Ward is networked with water and greenery. The riverside in Nakano Ward is maintained as Kanda River Water Park, and the row of cherry blossom trees along the river in Shinjuku Ward is designated as one of the 30 Shinjuku selections. The park walk is also arranged at a reasonable interval, making it a comfortable space perfect for a walk.

Do you know "Kandagawa Shiki no Michi", it is a promenade built on the Nakano Ward side of the Kanda River that runs between Suehiro Bridge and Fushimi Bridge. The Suehiro Bridge over the Kanda River is a bridge that crosses Okubo-dori. There is a small square in the west end of this bridge, and there is a monument to the Kanda River, which is known as Minami Kosetsu's masterpiece. In spring, it is recommended as a famous place for cherry blossom viewing, and it is also good to take a walk in the changing scenery.
