Franklin Animal Shelter
I am not from the area, but we have a summer cottage near the shelter where I've visited a few times. They have a very kind and caring staff, and do so much to help the animals in their care find good...
Wonderful day spent looking at all the special things in Tilton, NH.
My boss, Dr. Sue Tilton Griffin, had so much fun looking at her family's history & sharing it with us. Tilton, NH is a beautiful quaint city with lots to offer.
Its a cool arch and very large and can be seen from quite a distance, but after you've hiked up the hill to check it out you're done. If it's a nice day its a great place to visit for a picnic or kite...
Interesting historical artifact of the area. It's kind of a guy's monument to himself. It seems out of place on top of the hill overlooking town. And you really can't see it or see much from the hill ...
I took my wife and mother in law to see the arch, They had never been there before.
This is a favorite place for me, as i grew up in the area near here, walking distance away. My wife and mother in law didn't realize that you could drive up to the Arch.
