Share the fun things about punching in Kashgar and punching in the subway. Walk from the hotel to the subway entrance, buy a ticket for 1500 Sum, RMB 9 cents, give a blue (yellow) plastic small round piece, and put it into the entrance gate to open the coin gate automatically. Any station that can be reached by the subway can go directly to the station, there is no second ticket inspection. We chose to take one stop, thinking about going out and strolling around the streets. After arriving at the station, follow the flow of people through the passage, down the stairs, and then take the long straight ladder out of the station. After coming out, I suddenly found that we actually stood across the road from the departure gate, and went around and returned to the feeling of being in place, hahahahahahaha! Funny day.

A beautifully surreal subway system in Central Asia. Each station has a theme, but being built half a century ago is purely Soviet design. Very slow way to actually travel around the city, but for the price and experience it is definitely worth a few hours of your time. In fact until about 5 years ago you weren't even allowed to take photos down here.
