    A must-see for Swedes

    Gustav II Adolf founded Tartu, then called Dorpat, and its first university back in the days. This monument is a nice nod to its Swedish roots.

    This is a monument to Swedish king Gustav Adolf II. He has a person who has made Tartu University. So when you go to visit Tartu University building, it will be good to see this monument also.
