Spiez Castle

Built in 933, Spitz Castle was the same as it was today, with additional renovations throughout the medieval heyday until the 18th century. Using the Swiss Pass, you can visit the castle for free, the castle as a whole is not very big, and some strategic fortress-level castles cannot be compared, it is small but very delicate, the furnishings inside the castle, as if back to their lives, their wars, millennia ago. Surrounded by shaded trees, neatly renovated gardens and dense vineyards, we arrived in mid-June, and the grapes were not ripe, densely packed, and hung on the vines in strings.

The center of Spitz Town is a bit close to Lake Tuen. The castle is not big and very stretched, but its size is just right, and it does not bring a sense of oppression to the surrounding small houses. The shape is quite elegant and beautiful.

Although Spitz Castle is not as good as the Sillong Castle, it is also very famous in Switzerland. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from Spitz Pier to the castle on the mountainside. The castle is divided into several floors and has multiple rooms. It takes about an hour and a half to turn around.

Switzerland's most beautiful town, few tourists, clean streets, roaming flowers, the town is neat and modern, reflecting the high quality of life in Switzerland, leaving several streets such as France and Italy. The public free facilities here include swimming pools, mini golf courses, beach football, and rows of yachts and sailboats, which are reincarnated as Swiss in the next life!

It is another place with SWISS PASS for free entry. I thought that I could look out the distance when I climbed to the top. It turns out that it is mainly for exhibitions. There is no open platform, but you can also peek into Lake Tuen from the window. Unfortunately, the indoor lighting reason, the scene is ok, and the filming people are all retrograde.

The Spitz castle, surrounded by vineyards, is just off Lake Tunn - the basement of the castle is a wine cellar that houses wines. This medieval Bern-style castle is said to have been built in 1200 and is not large in size. It has become a museum. In the summer, there are furniture and other artifacts that have been circulating, and classical concerts are organized in the summer.
