Victoria Bridge

History kept intact for the future of all to learn fromThis was on the south Bank next to the sidewalk. They had lots of signage to explain of the history of the Abutment which was interesting. It also had a great view point for taking pictures of the downtown City. Be sure to check it out for the view after dark or at sunset great photo opportunities then.

Across the banks of the Brisbane River, crossing the bridge is South Bank Park, and the Queensland Cultural Center is at the bridge. Down the bridge, walk to the Queensland Library, and walk less than 10 minutes to the pier of the Mirama boat to the Longbai Koala Center. Standing at the bridge and looking across the banks, the scenery is good.

A combination of modern and the medieval architecture. It is worthwhile to have a look as it’s so close to Southbank Parkland where you chill out and city centre.
