    Megane Iwa

There is a rock with a hole in the middle, which emerges from the sea. Because of that shape, it is also called “Megane Iwa”. You cannot go there. What you can do is to take a picture at a distance.

    Original Text

From Shingu Port (Aijima Ferry Terminal), take the town-run ferry Shingu to Aijima. Eventually, you will see a characteristic rock. It is Nagurise, which is also a symbol of Shingu Town. There is a sea cave, commonly known as glasses rock. It's a rock that looked beyond the approach to the light of Miyajidake Shrine.

    A hole in the hole.

    Original Text

A rock with a large hole due to erosion. When you come by ferry, this rock will welcome you from the edge of the island first. You can't see the hole well from inside the ship, but you can see the situation well when you come to the harbor.
