Evocative and atmospheric - one of the oldest shrines in Japan
The shrine is set in a quiet grove of ancient trees and the atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. The buildings are primarily unpainted wood with gold highlights, blending well with the natural setting...

I visited Suwa Taisha Shimosha in autumn. It is one of the four palaces. It is possible to move to Harumiya on foot. The city is different to Kamisha, so you need to move by car. There were many people because it was bigger than Harumiya. I felt that the inside of the company was prestigious in a quiet atmosphere.

"Aki-miya" (Autumn Temple) , A quiet temple
Suwa Taisha is the sanctuary with two temples that are "Kamisha" and "Shimosya" and the levels of importance between the two temples are equal.
