Nice and fast visit by Punkaharju
The salpa linne we went to was by a cafe in Punkaharju. Right behind the café is tracks to the historical scenery and some original constructions still.
A good outdoor activity for the whole family, dogs included. Kids might like the war-related relics. Also, specially interesting for German history connoseurs. Very well kept and renovated.
Salpa LIne in Kerimaky allready almost disappeared
Unfortunately, some times ago the cottage and hotel facilities were extended to the area earlier demonstrated Salpa Line. Just several trenches still existed at the time of my visit, but I'm not sure ...

Now that's a huge statement, particularly as the Salpa line is one of the least known tourist attractions in the country. You can hardly avoid crossing it if you travel east on any road from anywhere ...
