It is a statue of Dr. Clark as you imagine. It is located at the Hitsujigaoka Observatory, which connects the subway and bus from Sapporo. A small park? So you can easily find the location. Since I went there early in the morning of the end of the year, no one was lined up and I was able to take a picture immediately. There is an admission fee, so I think it's enough to go once.
