Could be better
I'm living on São Luis since 2018. The place is very beatifull but some parts looks like a favela. They don't really care about the place, only the privite iniciative takes care of it.

I went to the park just to check on the tennis courts and practice a little, they surprised me for their good conditions, public courts are rarely that well maintained.

The best attraction for cultural activities, spoiled by a terrible smell of sewage. Nice trees, green area, restsurants and more. Pity the filthy conditions.
