Unfortunately people use High Rock as a trash dump and leave fishing tackle everywhere along the banks along with a lot of waste
I have 50 years of experience at High Rock. I believe unfortunately the people that frequent this River treat it like a garbage dump. I have found everything imaginable kayaking in this River. I mean ...
