Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen

Museum Boijmans van Beuningen was opened in 1849, after advocaat en Kunstverzamelaar Frans Jacob Otto Boijmans zijn collection naliet aan de Rotterdam. Ongeveer honderd jaar later will de beroemde collectie van industrieel Daniël George van Beuningen toegevoegd. The museum building, established in 1935 with a special design for the Boijman collection, is one of the most manageable buildings in Rotterdam.
