The Palace of Montchitrio is actually two parliamentary buildings. Advance booking allows you to visit the lobby and debate room where Italian delegates meet. Photography is prohibited. Public access to the House of Representatives hall requires prior security clearance, limited to the upper balcony.

Many pictures were taken outside the Palace of Montchitreo. The elegant and noble buildings are worth admiring. Because they can only stay outside, they are very enjoyable sitting on the stairs outside the Palace of Montchitreo.

Palazzo di Montecitorio is the seat of the Italian House of Representatives, designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini as Cardinal Lodovico Ludovisi. At the beginning of the twentieth century, some adjustments were made to the architectural decoration, adding some decorations in the form of Art Nouveau.

Located in the centre of Rome, the Palace of Montchitrio is one of the political centers of Italy. The three-storey Baroque Palace in the Middle Ages is now the office of the Italian House of Representatives. It can only be visited outside the square when it is not allowed to enter.

The building has a great bell tower inlaid on the front of the square. There is also a high Obelisk Plaza ahead. The Italian flag and the European Union flag hanging at the entrance show that the Art Nouveau style building is now used in government services.
